Land Rover

Land Rover is the Official Vehicle Partner of Premiership Rugby; a partnership that stretches back to 2004.

Land Rover has a heritage in rugby at all levels of the sport; from grassroots to elite. The brand shares and understands the values of rugby, as a result of its longstanding support of the game.

This support has extended to global partnerships, including two Rugby World Cup tournaments, in 2011 and 2015 and will continue for Rugby World Cup 2019. Land Rover has been a key partner of six British & Irish Lions Tours, including the historic 2017 tour to New Zealand.

In the UK, Land Rover’s investment in rugby includes Main Club Partner of Premiership Rugby side Wasps, Principal Partner of Welsh rugby club Cardiff Blues, Official Vehicle Partner to both Bath Rugby and Glasgow Warriors, and Title Sponsor of the UK grassroots rugby programme, the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup.

The Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup is a national series of U11 and U12 rugby festivals run in conjunction with all twelve Premiership Rugby clubs. Since the tournament’s inception in 2008, more than 82,000 youngsters have participated; enough to fill Twickenham Stadium.

As part of its support or all aspects of the game, Land Rover is also proud to support the HITZ programme, which continues to change young people’s lives, using the power of rugby to inspire youngsters to overcome educational, employment and social struggles.

For more than 70 years Land Rover has been manufacturing authentic 4x4s that represent true breadth of capability across the model range. Defender, Discovery, Discovery Sport, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Velar and Range Rover Evoque each define the world’s SUV sectors, with 80 per cent of this model range exported to over 100 countries.
